Information I collect

When you submit a form, I collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, what you’re interested in, and any message you include.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to help with your real estate needs. It may be stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) system I use to manage client communication.

Communication

Submitting a form allows me to contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. You will not be enrolled in marketing text messages unless you separately and expressly agree. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time.

Sharing

I do not sell your personal information. It may be shared with my brokerage, Compass, or service providers only as needed to respond to your request or as required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing chelsey.baptiste@compass.com.
